Rock Chorus Sings up a Storm in 2023
Two Big Gigs, charity and community events and carols at the Barbican - 2023 was a busy and exciting year.
As usual, a year of laughing, singing and performing (not necessarily in that order) has flown by. So here are a few highlinghts.

As usual, a year of laughing, singing and performing (not necessarily in that order) has flown by. So here are a few highlinghts.
In April our Pinner, Dunstable, Berkhamsted, Milton Keynes and Northwood Hills choirs came together for a Rock Chorus Production at the Harrow Arts Theatre. We were joined by the Apollo Male Choir which provided a fantastic contrast and our two sets raised a fantastic £750 for our nominated charity - Look Good Feel Better, a Cancer support charity.
Also in April, we were delighted to take part in a Concert organised by India Foskett in aid of the Lullaby Trust and Teddy's Wish Foundation raisng much needed funds for research int Sudden Infant Death and along with a wide range of musicians on stage at the Berkhamsted Town Hall we raised thousands for both charities.After a full rehearsal schedule throughout the summer, we approached the Festive season with a full rosta of gigs and events the highlight of which was
another Rock Chorus Production this time at the Venue Theatre Milton Keynes. We were supported by the amazing competition dancers from the Leanne Hughes Theatre School and for the very first time the wonderful young performers from Rock Chorus Kids - our new sister choirs run by the massively talented India Foskett.
We performed at the Tring Christmas Festival and the Berkhamsted Festival of Light and finished out fantastic year off with a trip to the Barbican where 100 of us joined a Christmas singalong with the London Festival Orchestra and Choir.
2024 has started with a all that energy and more. Rock Chorus Kids is growing in Leighton Buzzard and Tring and the massed choirs of Rock Chorus, turning 15 this year, continues to go from strenght to strength with long standing members and always welcoming new ones to our wonderful family.
